Abstract :
Vanilli is the one of herb plant which has high economic value. Aplication of cow urine as nature plant growth regulators can accelerate root growth.Vanilli can gowth with cutting, the cutting can use one, two and three internodes. This research aims to determine consentration cow urine, thenumber of internodes and interaction between it on Vanilli Growth. The research was conduct March ? July 2020 in seedling field, State Polytechnic of Jember used randomized complete block design was repeated three times. First factor was cow urine concentration K1 (5%), K2 (10%), K3 (15%), the next factor was the number of internode one (R1), two nodes (R2), three nodes (R3) then was analyzed with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) 1% and 5%. The result showed consentrationof cow urine had significant effect on length of shoot, the number of leaves, length of leaves, width of leaves, the number of roots and length of root. The number of internodes had significant effect on the number of leaves. There was no interaction effect on all of the parameters. Keyword :Vanilli, concentration of cow urine, number of internodes.
