Abstract :
E-learning is a useful learning media to help online learning activities and can be accessed from anywhere. With E-learning, teachers and students can carry out learning and teaching activities asynchronously, which means that teachers can carry out all learning activities such as delivering material not together with their students. This study aims to evaluate the performance of E-learning in the Department of Information Technology based on the use of the E-learning system. The Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT) method which has performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, and use behavioral variables is used in this study to evaluate system performance based on these variables. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to determine the affect between UTAUT variables. The results showed that the performance expectancy variable had no effect on behavioral intention with a sig value of 0.116, effort expectancy had no effect on behavioral intention with a sig value of 0.050, social influence affects behavioral intention with a sig value of 0.014, facilitating conditions affects use behavioral with a sig value of 0.000. ,and behavioral intention affects use behavioral with a sig value of 0.000. Recommendations that can be given from this research are in the form of suggestions for improving UI/UX from several menus in the system. This research is expected to be developed using other analytical methods.
