Abstract :
One of the livestock that had many benefits for producing meat, milk, and skin was goat. To produced quality meat, milk, and skin, it is required to maintain the health of the goat. Goat farming business will experience problems when the goat is infected with the disease. Therefore, goat health was the most important factor because it can affect the quality of the meat, milk or skin produced. To assist farmers in maintaining the health of their goats, an expert system was created to diagnose diseases in goats. An expert system was a system that uses human thinking skills who are experts in their fields and these abilities are applied to computers so as to produce solutions such as consulting experts. The result of the consultation was the diagnosis of the disease and how to treat it. The expert system research uses the Dempster Shafer method. The testing of the research that has been carried out has a system accuracy rate of 97.5%
