Abstract :
This research was conducted to determine the effect of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on Moringa leaves on various types of planting material on the growth of sugarcane seedlings. This research was carried out from June 2021 to September 2021 which took place on the Situbondo land. The experimental design used was a factorial Randomized Completelly Block Design (RCBD/RAK) consisting of 2 factors with 3 replications. The first factor is the various concentrations of addition of Moringa leaves, namely K0 = 0 ml/l. K1 = 30 ml/l, K2 = 50 ml/l, and K3 = 70 ml/l. The second factor is the variety of sugarcane planting materials, namely B1 = Bud chip and B2 = Bud set. Observational data obtained were tested using the F test (Anova) and if the results were significant or significantly different, then a further BNJ test was carried out at the 5% level. The results showed that treatment with various concentrations of Moringa leaf POC gave no significantly different results in all variables. However, the treatment of various types of planting material gave significantly different results on the variable height of seedlings aged 2 MST, 4 MST, 6 MST, stem diameter variables aged 2 MST, 4 MST, the number of tillers were 2 MST and there was no interaction between the various treatments. Moringa leaf POC with the type of planting material on the growth of sugarcane seedlings in this study.
