Abstract :
Designing a website hijab by humairah by paying attention to usability aspects as a goal / reference for success and also as a user need to use the website. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze a problem faced by users and also provide recommendations for improvements and updates to the interface design that will be easier to use. In this study, we conducted a usability test on the hijab by humairah website using cognitive walkthrough and heuristic evaluation methods. Where cognitive walkthrough is a method to test using a series of task scenarios in the form of stages of action to achieve goals. And for heuristic evaluation to test the usability level of the hijab by humairah website. From the results of the cognitive walkthrough method, the average respondent time to complete the task is 52.49 seconds with a success rate and completion rate of 70%. From the results of the heuristic evaluation method, the lowest score was 3,96. So the hijab by humairah website is belongs to the high category. Therefore, the website provider and developer must make improvements and update information.
