Abstract :
The study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the productivity of mechanic work in the official car repair shop in Jember area. The population in this study amounted to 30 mechanics using total sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and statistical software assistance IBM SPSS 25 for windows. The independent variable consists of occupational safety (X1)
and occupational health (X2), while the dependent variable is work productivity (Y). Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. Based on the research results, it shows that the variables X1 and X2 together have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of mechanical work. Furthermore, the partial
regression coefficient test shows that the work safety variable (X1) has a significant effect on work productivity, while the occupational health variable (X2) has no effect on work productivity.
