Abstract :
Teaching Factory (TEFA) Bakery Coffee & Fish Canning is one of the TEFA in Jember State Polytechnic, precisely in the UPT section of food product processing & packaging. As one of the services at the Jember State Polytechnic, TEFA Bakery Coffee & Fish Canning currently does not have a profile website that is used to provide and disseminate agency profile information. A good website is a website that meets user needs, therefore we need a website that has a user experience to explore information related to user convenience and user needs. The five planes method is a method that considers the user experience aspect of a product, this method has 5 stages, namely the strategy plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane and surface plane. The results of the design that have been made through 5 stages of five planes will be evaluated using the UEQ (User Experience Questionaire), The measurement results can be described as follows, the attractiveness aspect with an average of 1.80 (good), clarity with an average value of 1.77 (good ), efficiency with an average value of 1.63 (good), accuracy with an average value of 1.64 (good), stimulation with an average value of 1.71 (exellent) and novelty with an average value of 1.35 (good). while for the results of the black box testing of 5 items with all the results being successful and the results of the user acceptance test having a good average result.
