Abstract :
Poverty is disability in all its dimensions. Poverty is related to the problem of lack of food and nutrition, educational backwardness, crime, unemployment, prostitution and other problems stemming from the low level of income per capita of the population. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government assistance program to help people who experience poverty problems. This program is an aid from the Ministry of Social Affairs in order to reduce social inequality between the poor, so that the next generation can get out of poverty due to the increased quality of human resources produced. Determination of poor families is a complicated problem because of the many criteria that must be met. So in this study we want to assist village officials in making decisions to determine prospective PKH aid recipients in accordance with existing criteria, it is very important to build a decision support system in determining prospective PKH beneficiaries with predetermined criteria that can help overcome fraud that occurs. carried out by certain parties in determining the beneficiary. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Black Box Testing is used to test the functional requirements of the application, and the Accuracy Test with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method has an accuracy rate of 85%. of 100 samples of test data.
