Abstract :
According to the National Cyber and Crypto Agency in the Draft Law on encryption other than cryptography, steganography is included as a way to secure sensitive data. Steganography is a branch of science that studies the insertion of a message on a media so that other than the sender and recipient of the message, they cannot read or even realize that there is a message inserted in the media. The media used are images, sound, video, and other media such as text, html, and pdf. One of the media that might be used as a steganography medium is a sticker on the WhatsApp application. Based on the testing of the message insertion system into the sticker file and sent via WhatsApp media, several conclusions were obtained, namely there were file changes in sending the sticker file using media or image delivery and there was no change in the sticker file sent using document and sticker delivery. However, the message that is inserted in the image file can only be read on sending the sticker file using document delivery.
