Abstract :
Employee productivity is the main wheel for companies to achieve the efficiency and high effectiveness. There are several factors affecting employee productivity, they are: selection, training and job discipline. Through paying attention to the selection, training and job discipline are expected to increase employee productivity in the company. The study is conducted in pt. Industri gula glenmore. The data collection method used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and studies of literature. One hundred and seven people are sampled. The analysis techniques used is linear regression, determinations analysis, f test and t test. The result that conducted by using spss 25.0 for windows can be concluded that: (1) selection that symbolized as (x1) training that symbolized as (x2) and job discipline that symbolized as (x3) in the simultaneously way has a significant impact to the employee productivity (y). (2) selection (x1) training (x2) and job discipline (x3) has a partial impact on employee productivity (y). (3) the most dominant variable in affecting employee productivity (y) is work selection of pt. Industri gula glenmore.
