Abstract :
Motorcycles are a cheap mode of transportation and are widely used by all people in Indonesia. Over time, motorcycles will experience damage and require maintenance on certain components. Damage and maintenance on motorbikes is caused by various factors, generally these factors are from moving components, age factors, and other physical factors. Then people will ask about problems and complaints experienced through social media, ask their expert friends, or be taken to a motorcycle repair shop. With this research, it helps users to diagnose online simply by selecting the symptoms of the damage experienced by the motorbike. In addition, the advantage gained is that they have knowledge of how to properly and correctly maintain their motorbike through the Case Base Reasoning (CBR) method. By using this method to obtain diagnostic results in the form of information about the damage and alternative solutions offered.
