Abstract :
This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how the effect of giving extracts of bamboo shoots betung on the growth of vanilla seedlings (Vanilla planifolia Andrews). This research was carried out in the PDP Sumber Wadung garden nursery, Harjomulyo Village, Silo - Jember District in October 2020 - January 2021. The study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 6 levels of treatment levels, namely P0 (control, 0%), P1 (10% concentration), P2 (20% concentration), P3 (30% concentration), P4 (twenty percent concentration). 40%), P5 (50% concentration). The research data were analyzed using anova with a level of 1%. If there are results that are significantly different, further tests will be carried out using BNT (Least Significant Difference). This study gave very significantly different results in the observation parameters of shoot diameter with the best concentration of 50%, namely in the P5 treatment.
