Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of giving various concentrations of goat urine to the growth of vanilla cuttings (Vanilla planifolia Andrew). This study was carried out at PDP Sumber Wadung, Jalinan Hamlet, Harjomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency, from November 2020 to January 2021. This study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RAKNF), with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments included A0 = 0 %, A1 = 3 %, A2 = 6 %, A3 = 9 %, A4 = 12 %, and A5 = 15 %. The research data was analyzed for variance analysis (Anova) if it was declared significant, it would be further tested with the BNT test (Least Significant Difference) at 1% and 5% levels. The results of analysis of variance (Anova) showed that the administration of several different concentrations of goat urine showed very significant differences in the number of roots parameter to vanilla cuttings aged 12 MST with the best concentration of 15%, namely in treatment A4.
