Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of occupational safety and health of the production labor on PTPN XII Kebun Kalisanen Jember. The population in this study was 80 labors. In taking the sample, the writer used simple random technique as much as 48 respondents. The data collection methods used in this study are observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression, determination analysis, F test and t test. From the results of testing with SPSS statistic 21.0 for windows software tools can be concluded that (1) The Occupational Safety Variable (X1) significantly affects the Work Productivity (Y) variable in the production section at PTPN XII Kebun Kalisanen Jember. (2) Occupational Health Variable (X2) has an insignificant effect on the Work Productivity variable (Y) in the production section at PTPN XII Kebun Kalisanen Jember. (3) Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the variables of Work Productivity (Y) in the production section at PTPN XII Kebun Kalisanen Jember. (4) The dominant variable affecting Work Productivity (Y) in the production section at PTPN XII Kebun Kalisanen Jember is Occupational Safety (X1).
