Abstract :
Indonesia is one of the countries that has abundant natural resources that have main prospects for the development of various industries, ranging from the agricultural industry, mining services, and other industries. Along with economic growth and environmental changes, Indonesia also has a potential coffee export commodity. Jember is the third largest coffee-producing city in East Java province. One of the home industries, namely bedhang coffee, is one of the producers of coffee powder in Jember district. Bedhag coffee has several types of coffee that are marketed such as Robusta, Arabica and Liberica coffee. And Bedhag Coffee also has a mainstay menu, namely Jember Wine Arabica Coffee. Bedhag coffee needs GMP analysis. Good manufacturing practices (GMP) is one indicator that sanitation in production operations has been carried out properly. With result. With the aim of 1). To find out the results of the implementation of manufacturing practices (GMP) that has been carried out by Bedhag Kopi in Jember. 2). To find out the application of halal certification in the Bedhag coffee business in Jember. 3).
