Abstract :
This research aims to analyze and identify the optimal supply of wheat flour raw materials, To analyze and identify when to reorder (ROP), To analyze and identify the total supply of wheat flour raw materials that must be issued by UD. Purnama Jati. The company has not implemented a system of controlling the supply of raw materials that are calculated properly so that it has not run optimally. The company conducts the process of controlling raw material inventory based on previous product sales experience. The demand for products that experience fluctuations in the company in calculating the optimal needs of wheat flour in one purchase. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The results of the analysis using the EOQ method in 2020 are the optimal number of bookings as much as 916 Kg in one booking with a purchase frequency of 12 times in one year with a 30-day booking recycling. And reordering at the time of raw materials in the warehouse as much as 206,396 kg. Total cost of wheat flour raw material supplies that must be incurred as much as Rp 686,949.77 Keywords: Inventory Control, EOQ
