Abstract :
Good human resource management is needed for the development of the company. This study aims to examine the effect leadership, motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance, as well as to test which variables most dominantly affect employee performance at UD. Mutiara Rasa. The data collection methods used in the research were surveys, interviews, and questionnaire deployments. For the number of respondents. From the results of testing with SPSS 21 for windows, it can be concluded that free variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) bound variables in UD. Mutiara Rasa. Partially, Leadership Variables (X1), and Motivational Variables (X2) have no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), while Work Environment Variables (X3) partially have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The dominant variable affects employee performance (Y) in the working environment variable (X3) with the highest number of 3,225 and has the smallest significant value of 0.005 Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance
