Abstract :
The Balung Regional Hospital is a type C hospital belonging to the Jember district government, located in the southern part of Jember Regency. At the Balung Regional Hospital, problems often occur, namely the time of arrival and the number of patients who are not previously known, the registration process is complicated and the registration procedure is long, waiting times for outpatient services are still high, and the accumulation of patients in outpatient polyclinics. The Android-based Online Registration System at the Balung Regional Hospital is expected to make it easier for patients who will register online to get a queue number. Patients can register anywhere and anytime using this android application. In the system development process, this research uses the waterfall model system development method. The method begins with analyzing software requirements, designing, coding the system and testing the system. The output generated from this study is an android-based online registration at the Balung Regional Hospital. The benefit of this research is to improve the quality of service at the Balung Regional Hospital.
