Abstract :
Painting is a technique used to decorate the surface of a material with a view to beautifying, strengthening, or protecting a surface of an object, since paint forms a thin layer that strongly concedes the surface. The range of paint on an aluminum metal material has a high impact on both the thickening and the spray of paint. The study aims to see the effect of both the thickness and the kilsting of paint with pure aluminum material of the 1100 series. The paint test produced 0.10 mm (0.10 mm) of the test object specimen with a measuring measuring of 15 cm (6 in.), and the lowest thickness of the test was obtained in the specimen of a 25 cm (6 in.). At the test the cat did get the highest value of 92 gu in a test specimen with a spray of 15 cm, the lowest kilning value from the test grid at a distance from a 25 cm was obtained from a kilning of 76.2 gu.
