The research methods that were used are interviews and short messages to respondents who had suffered from Hepatitis A. Respondents were selected based on the results of filling out questionnaires distributed via online. The results of interviews by respondents show that the majority of respondents have done good personal hygiene. However, there is one risk factor that is still being carried out, that is the selection of places to eat that do not pay attention to cleanliness. The conclusion of this study is that the factor of inattentive to cleanliness of choosing places to eat is the cause of respondents suffering from Hepatitis A. The lack of respondents to care about choosing a hygienic place to eat become one of the mediums for Hepatitis A Virus (VHA) to enter the respondent's body.
