Abstract :
The purpose of the research is to find the influence communication and motivation to work productivity employees at the nursery plantation at PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XI PG.Djatiroto.The data used in research this is primary and secondary data.Data analysis technique that is used is linear regression analysis and the worship of idols with using the tools software spss 21 for windows.The results of which is being undertaken to regression testing test f showed that the variabel communication (X1) and work motivation (X2),in unison significant impact on productivity and employee (Y) in PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XI Persero PG.Djatiroto .The results of which is being undertaken to regression testing tes t showed that the variabel communication (X1) in full influential not significant impact on productivity an employee (Y) PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) PG.Djatiroto,work motivation in full significant impact on productivity and employee (Y) PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XI (persero) PG.Djatiroto.
