Abstract :
Occupational Health and Safety is an effort done by the company to protect its employees from conditions that can potentially cause work accidents. One of the companies that has applied Occupational Health and Safety program is PT Industri Gula Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency. This research was aimed to explain (1) the influence of Occupational Health and Safety simultaneously on Employees Productivity in production division at PT Industri Gula Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency, (2) the influence of Occupational Health and Safety partially on Employees Productivity in production division at PT Industri Gula Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency, (3) variables that have dominant influence on Employees Productivity in production division at PT Industri Gula Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency. The method of collecting data done with literature study, observation, interview, and questionnaire. The amount of populations determined to be samples are 157 respondents. Analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination analysis, F test, and t test. Based on the test results with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software concluded that (1) Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) variables simultaneously give positive and significant influence on employees Work Productivity (Y) in production division at PT Industri Gula Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency. (2) Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) variables partially give positive and significant influence on employees Work Productivity (Y) in production division at PT Industri Gula Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency. (3) The independent variable having dominant influence on employees Work Productivity (Y) ) in production division at PT Industri Gula Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency is Occupational Safety (X1).
