Abstract :
The location of this research is in PTPN X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari Jember. The purpose of this research is (1) to test the influence work discipline, work motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially to the worker work productivity in PTPN X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari Jember, (2) to determine the most dominant variable to the influence of worker work productivity in PTPN X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari Jember. The independent variables in this research are work discipline (X1), work motivation (X2), and work environment (X3). The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linier regression. From the analyzing, it can conclude that (1) The work discipline, work motivation and work environment affect simultaneously t the worker work productivity, (2) The work discipline and work environment significantly affect the worker work productivity, while work motivation is not significantly affect the worker work productivity, (3) The most dominant variable influence to the worker work productivity is work environment variable.
