Abstract :
This final project titled Cigarettes With Quality Control Analysis Using Full Map At PR. Black Crow Bondowoso East Java Research method used was survey research (survey research) is a method of data search by a company / place of business. Data was collected through observation, interview and literature study. Model studies using the quality control system that can be described as a feedback system. Where is the input, process and output is always applied to the control process. The results showed that cigarette quality control PR. Black Crow Bondowoso control. Cp values ??for density criteria cigarettes, is the low value of the process capability and has a value of upper limit and lower limit is low so it needs to be improved its performance through process improvement in order to meet the specification limits. Then the Cp values ??for the criteria of neatness end is a good process capability value that needs to be maintained. Cp values ??for criteria flashlight glue line is a good process capability value that needs to be maintained. Furthermore, the value of Cp for connection hygiene criterion is the value of a good process capability that needs to be maintained. Phase diagram analysis and Pareto diagram ishikawa, found four common factors that cause deviations associated with humans, methods, equipment, and raw materials.
