Abstract :
MODELING SYSTEM IN DISTRICT AVAILABILITY BEEF AT JEMBER Ilfiah Andriani.¹), R. Abd. Djamali²),Taufik Hidayat. ³) ABSTRACT In this study, the location determination of this research done on purpose, the location of the research are Dinas Peternakan, Perikanan dan Kelautan. This research was conducted on 25 October until 25 December 2013. We used expert system method. In this case, we used an analytical method for structure a problem and made decision on an alternative, by way of interviews with four experts and the results are modeled using a systems approach and help by constructor powersim software version 2.51. The results of this study (a) the factors that affect system availability beef in Jember, among others: Cattle Population, number of cattle slaughtered, the number of inhabitants, level of income, level of cow meat consumption, b) Based on the results of research that has not yet reached self-sufficiency in Jember meat cows; (c) In applying the optimistic scenario, moderate and pessimistic Jember not been able to achieve self-sufficiency in beef.
