Abstract :
Rapid technological advances needed an application that accommodates the needs of each user will be a book replacement app that is easy to carry and can be used anytime and anywhere with effective. Dictionary on a more practical mobile applications than conventional print dictionaries, because users can receive information quickly anywhere without time limit. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a method used to translate a word into a sentence will be returned with a new meaning. This application can help domestic tourists to communicate with the people of Bali and this application can also translate into Indonesian language in accordance with level of language Bali. Bases on the results of testing this application, it can be concluded that the application is easy to use and the validity of this application in accordance with the existing data structures and translation in accordance with computerization.
