Abstract :
Analisis Profitabilitas Usaha Peternakan Itik Pedaging di Kabupaten Jember. ( Business Profitability Analysis of Producing Meat Ducks Raising in Jember. ) Ahmad Ferin Ni?am Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis Unggas Jurusan Peternakan ABSTRACT The study was conducted to using a survey method. Deliberately defined study area. 40 samples were used as breeders. The data have been collected in a test using a ratio calculation R / C and multiple linear regression analysis. F test and T test was conducted to determine the effect of variables simultaneously and partially. The results showed businesses broiler duck farms in Jember favorably with the value of the ratio B / C of 1.160, from the results of multiple linear regression analysis it is known that the most influential variable on profit is the selling price, management costs, variable costs and final seed variable feed costs. The conclusion of this study is the effort broiler duck farms in Jember profitable with a profit rate of Rp. USD 0.16 each. 1 costs incurred. Variable selling price, cost of seed, feed costs and management costs simultaneously or partially affect the profits. Keyword: Producing Meat Ducks, Profitability Analysis
