Abstract :
Geographic information system is a system that is made into a graphic map , one of the geographic information system of health services , especially in the fields of health , which can be done with the help of GIS is the location of health care information , the number of patients , facilities spread of disease , number of medications and the number of births and deaths at each health center is one of Jember city in eastern Java which has 49 health centers , at each health center has the facilities , the number of patients , number of diseases and drug data that is different . Application of geographic information system can display the location of each health center and information from data on the number of patients , disease data , facility data , drug data , date of birth and death in it . With this information the system is expected to help health authorities in presenting the data to the public so the public can know the facilities at each health center facility later.
