Abstract :
Pembuatan dan Pemasaran Tempe Bambu have a purpose of the manufacture and marketing of bamboo tempeh is to figure out how to make tempeh using bamboo media , calculate product cost analysis tempeh with bamboo medium and determine the level of consumer interest towards bamboo soybean products .Bamboo soybean processing includes the preparation of raw materials , dry skin breakdown , boiling , fermentation , packing bamboo , fermentation , marketing . Manufacture and Marketing of Tempe Bamboo concluded that tempeh packaged in an old bamboo without producing a good product with a compact texture , aroma and color of bamboo distinctive white mycelium , the products as much as 75 kg of soybean tempeh for 15 times produce 3,120 pieces with a selling price of Rp 500 , - has rate of 20.69 % with a gain value b / c ratio of 1.21 . marketing of bamboo products tempeh is still not known to the customer
