Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of input (input), process (process), output (output) and outcome (results) on the PUAP program using regression analysis; Evaluating the implementation of the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) in Bondowoso Regency and Analyzing and evaluating the impact of the implementation of the Rural Agribusiness Development program in Bondowoso Regency seen from the indicators of input (input), process (process), output (output) and outcome (results). The total population in this study were 439 farmersand so that the number of respondents is 45 people.. The results of the study show that partially the Indicator input, Process, Output and Outcome has a significant effect on the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) in Bondowoso Regency; Simultaneously Input, Process, Output and Outcome has a significant effect on the Rural Agribusiness Business Development (PUAP) program in Bondowoso Regency; The Output variable is the most dominant variable on the Rural Agribusiness Business Development (PUAP) program in Bondowoso Regency, especially on indicators of increasing ability and knowledge of farmers about the PUAP Program. In Bondowoso Regency implemented has been implemented well it is seen from descriptive results on each indicator has a high level of conformity. The impact of the implementation of the Rural Agribusiness Business Development (PUAP) program in Bondowoso Regency, especially in Gapoktan Makmur Jaya Maesan Village, is seen from the Input, Process, Output and Outcome indicators are said to be very successful, where the outcome indicator as a very dominant indicator.
