Abstract :
Maternal and Child Health (MCH)is one of main program in health centres which has high priority, remembering group of pregnant women, breastfeeding, child and baby are vulnerable groups to morbidity and mortality, one of health information system for mother and child in Tamanan Village, Bondowoso regency. Bondowoso has launched to Healthy 2012 through relevant service about doing some effort that are general hospital revalization, Hospital Centres, Polindes, Posyandu, poor health services, which have purpose to increasing performance of each health facility in supporting implementation of health development. This health information system of mother and child can help health officer to give information, condition and health progress of mother and child that happen in that place and data searching which equipped appropriate data searching baby or child and parent mother, so as easing data that searched and map exists in this system as a location index where this activity happen and website used to map for that location using google maps
