Abstract :
Ebizz Hotel is one of room rental service company. It is a new hotel located on Jalan Kalimantan Jember which is growing and keep on developing service and quality standard from every side. At this moment, officialdom system applied on Ebizz Hotel is still using application based on desktop such as typing, printing and saving officialdom data. Officialdoom data means here are data related on employee such as identities, contracts, payments, performances, pretentions and schedules. Meanwhile, the administration staff has to do 3 steps to process the data from entrying, printing, and reporting it to the manager. That long steps of officialdom system made administration staff to take much time to process the data, so that time efficiency cannot achieved in processing officiladom system.
