Abstract :
Administarsi Library System Using RFID Technology is a web-based administration system that provides information in the form of borrowing and returning library books done in SMAN 3 Jember so that students, teachers and other interested parties with SMAN 3 Jember can easily find the information. In addition, RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identificaton) is a technology used to facilitate the acquisition of information for the process of borrowing and library visits that will be applied to the card member. The library administration system can provide the speed and efficiency of time for library activities more specifically on borrowing and library visits. Program attendant advantages of the system is able to use RFID-tags as input data without a membership card one by one to the process of borrowing and students can use RFID-tags to borrow books and visit the library to fill. Methodology used in building this system is Waterfall methodology according to Donald H. Sander. The output of this program is the Library Administration System Using RFID Technology. For materials of the system is contained in the data book system, data members, borrow and return the data, the data admin, visitor data. As well as in the development of this system using the PHP programming language and MySQL as database.
