Abstract :
The advantage is one of the objectives of a business, but if the company merely pursuing profit without considering the needs of the Traffic and Human Resources at the end of the expected profit in any business will not be generated to the maximum. This study aims are: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of safety on work productivity PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari, (2) To determine and analyze the effect of health on work productivity of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari, (3) To determine and analyze the influence of occupational safety and health on labor productivity PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari. The method used in this final is a research survey (survey research) by using a list of questions (questionnaire) as a means of data collection. The subjects of this study were workers at the Warehouse Sorting in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari with a sample of 40 people who study labor. Simultaneously testing or F test showed that the factor of safety and health work simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Partial test or t-test showed that safety variables not significant effect on labor productivity and the health variables significantly influence labor productivity.
