Dynamic System Modeling of Suwar ? Suwir Production Pattern at UD. ?SUWAR-SUWIR DOHO? Company Jember Regency Dr. Ir. R. Abdoel Djamali, M.Si Counselor Iga Lusiana Dewi Agroindustry Management Study Program Agribusiness Management Department ABSTRACT The location of this research was determined deliberately, it was at UD. Suwar-Suwir Doho Kabupaten Jember. The research was conducted from November 2019 until January 2020. It was a descriptive research which aimed to describe the production system of suwar-suwir by describing, recording, analyzing, and interpreting the conditions that occurred in the system. The method that used in this research was the expert system method, namely the problem-solving method which was carried out by conducting interviews with experts who were in suwar-suwir production, then the results were modeled by using the Powersim Constructor version 2.51 software. The results from this research were; a) the factors that could affect the production of suwar-suwir materials including the raw material sub-system, production sub-system, and profit sub-system; b) Based on the results of the dynamic system modeling of suwar-suwir production were a moderate scenario, an optimistic scenario, and a pessimistic scenario. In the optimistic scenario, there was an increase in production on each month and the profits that obtained by the company, while in the pessimistic scenario, there was a decrease in the profits that obtained by the company.
