Abstract :
Pengaruh Suhu Air Pada Bak Reeling Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Filamen Kokon Kode C.301 (The Effect Of Water Temperatur In Reeling Basin Against The Quality Improvement Of Filament Cocoon Code C.301) M. Ikhsan Program Study of Agroindustry Management Department of Agribusiness Management ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to observe the effect of number of methodes in system of water temperature in reeling basin so it can make quality improvement against filament ratio, reelability and filament length. The research was conducted in State Polytechnic of Jember in October 2014.Experimental design that used was completely randomized design non factorial which consist of 4 treatments, and replicated 5 times, so there were 20 experimental units.The treatment that given was using water with temperature 27oC. 40oC, 58C, and 66oC. The result showed that with applying water temperature in reeling basin giving non significant different in filament quality. There are some reasons that caused that condition, such as cocoon quality. Nevertheless, there were some treatment has highest number from the parameter, the result still not showed differently significant in filament quality. Keywords : Filament, Non factorial.
