Abstract :
Fuel oil is a commodity that holds great importance in all economic activities especially as fuel in motor chicles. Transaction monitoring system oil fuel sales at gas stations being the main thing in conducting transactions. In this case the gas stations 34.117.05 Jl. Lingkar luar barat of the monitoring system shows only the type of fuel, the total price, and volume liters is issued. On checking the tank there is done by looking at the point of measurement is in the tank. So the writers want to do development of monitoring system using PHP programming and visual basic .net . In the design of this system the author uses the method waterfall. The results achieved in this research that is showing the kind of fuel oil, the price of fuel oil, the total price, and volume liters issued and added warning system for increased subsidies on fuel oil
