Abstract :
In thedevelopment and development in Makassar greatly increased. So it can drive the demand for electric energy is increasing. To overcome this, it is necessary to do good planning in building a new distribution network so that the construction, operation, and maintenance of the system runs well. to maintain the electricity supply to consumers then PT. PLN (persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan has a special service that is premium service. That aims to know the working system of four types of premium customers that include platinum, gold, silver and bronze customers and to know the price rates of the four types . So, the authors conducted an analysis of premium services, the method used in this study is to know the amount of power needed,network patterns, as well as the selection of new distribution substation locations. By building GH (ConnectIng Substation) in the CPI region for maneuvering, as CPI is a premium customer Region.
