Abstract :
The elderly may be said as a golden age because not everyone can reach old age so if anyone has elderly nursing actions will require better so that he can enjoy the golden age period as well as being a useful age and happy. The elderly also requires a healthy diet to physical fitness. One of the obstacles faced by nurses is in determining variation of food for the elderly. Decision support system (SPK) can assist people in making a decision. The purpose of this research is to determine the variety of food on the elderly by using the method of Simple Multi Attibute Rating Technique (SMART). The data used is data from the Interviewees regarding the content of foods that are good for the elderly. From the results of testing the system, both blackbox as well as interviews, obtained the conclusion that application made can determine the variety of food on the elderly
