Abstract :
In the implementation of construction projects there are often discrepancies
between the plan and the realization, such as the occurrence of delays in the
process of project implementation. project tethering can occur due to several
factors such as design changes, natural conditions and errors in planning. This
can result in increased or longer project completion times. Therefore, it is
necessary to accelerate the completion time of the project to overcome the delay
of the project. In this study will be conducted analysis of the acceleration of the
completion time of construction projects in the Rusunami DP 0 Rupiah Nuance
Cilangkap East Jakarta Development Project. Where in the implementation of
the project there was a delay of the project for 2 months. Therefore, the need to
accelerate the completion time of the project to overcome this. In this study used
alternative acceleration with the addition of working hours (overtime) with the
method of Time Cost Trade Off. The addition of working hours in this pneleitian
is 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours. The goal in this study is to get the acceleration
of time at optimum cost. From the results of the analysis in this study obtained
acceleration time with optimum costs, namely by the application of alternative
addition of working hours (overtime) 2 hours and obtained a project duration of
618 days with an acceleration of 0.81% of the normal duration and a total cost
of Rp. 278.880.146.791 more efficient 0.07% of the normal cost of the project.
