Abstract :
The aims of the research were to (1) measure the level of self-management of the employees that received On-the-job training, (2) measure the level of self-management of the employees that received Off-the-job training, (3) analyse the level of self-management between the employees that received On-the-job training and the employees that received Off-the-job training.
The instrument of the research was the scale of self-management that was developed from the aspects of self-management in Prasetyaningtyas's research (2005). The subject of the research was the employees of DYVIACOM INTRABUMI Tbk. PT. with the sample in consiste of 59 person.
T-test was used to analyse the data. The result showed that there was no any significant difference in the level of self-management between employees who received On-the-job training and the employees that received Off-the-job training.
