Abstract :
This study aims to determine and prove whether job satisfaction variables affect
employee performance at CV. Sentosa Jaya. The population in this study were
employees who were promoted, such as the cashier, sales, SPV sales, warehouse
heads, store staff, warehouse staff, and drivers. This research is a case study
research in which the population is all employees and the sample of this study is a
number of employees at CV Sentosa Jaya, amounting to 34 people. Data
collection techniques that will be used are observation and interviews. The
analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classic
assumption test, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear
analysis, and t test. The results obtained in this study indicate that the independent
variable job satisfaction (x) has a positive and significant effect on the
independent variable employee performance (y). The significance value of the job
satisfaction variable is smaller than required so that H1 is accepted and H0 is
rejected that job satisfaction affects employee performance.
