Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the employee engagement variable has an influence on the turnover intention of employees of the Finance & Accounting division at PT Thamrin Brothers, Arivai Branch. The population is employees of PT Thamrin Brothers, Arivai Branch, while the sample is employees of the finance & accounting division of PT Thamrin Brothers, Arivai Branch. with a sample size of 31 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis to determine the effect of the employee engagement variable on turnover intention. The results showed that the employee engagement variable had a negative effect on turnover intention. Keywords: employee engagement, turnover intention.
