Abstract :
Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai PNS di Puskesmas Kertak Hanyar serta Puskesmas Pembantunya dan semua populasi dijadikan sample (sample jenuh) sebanyak 55 orang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terbukti adanya pengaruh signifikan secara parsial variable hubungan antar pribadi/reka kerja dan peluang untuk promosi serta adanya pengaruh tidak signifikan secara parsial variable gaji/kesejahteraan Pegawai. The study population was all civil servants at the Kertak Hanyar Puskesmas and its auxiliary health centers and all population were sampled (saturated sample) as many as 55 people. The conclusion of this research is that it is proven that there is a partially significant influence of the interpersonal relationship variable / work partners and opportunities for promotion and there is a partially insignificant influence on the variable salary / employee welfare.
