Abstract :
Penelitianinibertujuanuntuk:(1)Mengetahuiprosesrekrutmendanseleksi
yangdilaksanakanagarmeningkatkankinerjakaryawanpadaPT.BorneoIndoTani,(2)
Mengetahuiproses rekrutmen dan seleksiyang seharusnya dilaksanakan untuk
meningkatkankinerjakaryawanPT.BorneoIndoTani.
Penelitianinimenggunakanrancanganpenelitiandeskriptifkualitatifdengan
metodeobservasi,wawancara,dokumentasi,danstudipustaka.Teknikanalisisdata
yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniyaitu teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan
memanfaatkandatakualitatifdandijabarkansecaradeskriptifyangdiperolehdari
berbagaidatahasilpengamatan,wawancaraataupunstudipustaka.
Hasilpenelitianmenunjukan(1)Prosesrekrutmentelahdilaksanakansecara
efektifsehinggahaltersebutberpengaruhterhadapkinerjakaryawanPT.BorneoIndo
Tani,(2)ProsesseleksiyangtelahdilaksanakanolehPT.BorneoIndoTanimengikuti
prosedurseleksipadaumumnya,sehinggahaltersebutberpengaruhterhadapkinerja
karyawanPT.BorneoIndoTanihaltersebutdapatdilihatdaridariperilakukaryawan
dan pelaksanaan kerja karyawan PT.Borneo Indo Tanidengan baik,(3)Proses
rekrutmendanseleksiyangseharusnyadilaksanakanolehPT.BorneoIndoTaniyaitu
memperbaharuikebijakanprosesrekrutmendanseleksiagarlebihinovatifuntuk
meningkatkankinerjakaryawanPT.BorneoIndoTani.
Thisstudyaimsto:(1)Determinetherecruitmentandselectionprocesscarried
outontheperformanceofemployeesatPT.BorneoIndoTani,(2)Tofindoutthe
recruitmentand selection process thatshould be implemented to improve the
performanceofPT.BorneoIndoTani.
Thisstudyusesaqualitativedescriptiveresearch design with methodsof
observation,interviews,documentation,and literature study.The data analysis
techniqueusedinthisstudyisaqualitativedescriptivetechniquebyutilizingqualitative
data and described descriptivelyobtained from various data from observations,
interviewsorliteraturestudies.
Theresultsofthestudyshow(1)therecruitmentprocesshasbeencarriedout
effectivelysothatitaffectstheperformanceoftheemployeesofPT.BorneoIndoTani,
(2)TheselectionprocessthathasbeencarriedoutbyPT.BorneoIndoTanifollowsthe
generalselectionprocedure,soitaffectstheperformanceofPT.BorneoIndoTanithis
can be seen from the behaviorofemployees and the work implementation of
employeesofPT.BorneoIndoTaniwell,(3)Therecruitmentandselectionprocessthat
shouldbecarriedoutbyPT.BorneoIndoTani,namelyupdatingtherecruitmentand
selectionprocesspoliciesto bemoreinnovativeto improvetheperformanceof
employeesofPT.BorneoIndoTani.
