Abstract :
The research aimed to know the effect of total assets turnover and working capital turnover partialeously and simultaneously with the profitability rate of Perum Perumnas Regional VII Makassar. The population of this research was overall financial statement of Perum Perumnas Regional VII Makassar in 2008-2017 period. Then, the way to take the sample was by using Purposive Sampling Technique From the research can be concluded the assets turnover and working capital turnover have a partially and simultaneous effect on the profitability rate of Perum Perumnas Regional VII Makassar.
