Abstract :
The method used was an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications namely (P1) giving tomato extract at a dose of 7.5 ml / L, (P2) giving tomato extract at a dose of 10 ml / L, (P3) giving tomato extract at a dose of 12.5ml / L, (P4) administration of tomato extract at a dose of 15 ml / L, (P5) administration of tomato extract at a dose of 17.5 ml / L. The highest abundance of Chlorella sp was found in treatment (P4) as many as 17,900,000 cells / mL on day 14, and the lowest was in treatment (P5) as many as 11,683,333 cells / mL on day 10. Chlorella sp. Biomass the highest in the treatment (P4) with a weight of 0.45 gr / L and the lowest in the treatment (P5) with a weight of 0.29 gr / L. Results of measurements of water quality such as temperature 26- 30 ° C, pH 5 -8 and the amount of N as much as 33.60 ml / L, P as much as 0.116 ml / L, K as much as 0.030 ml / L.
